Introducing the new and enhanced Veg Bed 2m, the larger member of our Veg Bed range, complementing the smaller 1m Veg Bed. This manger-style bed is perfect for cultivating your own produce, from carrots to potatoes, with a generous capacity of up to 375 litres* of compost.
To optimise growth, place the veg bed on a firm, level surface, ensuring proper drainage to prevent waterlogging, especially in wet or colder seasons. During winter, cover the vegetable bed with breathable material to deter mold growth, or store it indoors. In case of significant snowfall, promptly remove snow to prevent structural damage and extend the veg bed's lifespan.
The newly redesigned Veg Bed boasts a deeper trough for easy high access, minimising the need for bending during planting, weeding, or harvesting. Assembling and stabilising the bed is now quicker and simpler, thanks to improved features like extended, half-lap, cross-over legs and a reinforced internal central structure that prevents bowing of side panels. The increased depth of the trough is specifically designed for cultivating deep-rooted vegetables.
Responding to valuable customer feedback, we've revamped the packaging, assembly, and construction of the ever-popular Veg Bed. We've maintained the quality features expected from a Zest product while enhancing every aspect for customer satisfaction. Grow your garden with confidence in the upgraded Veg Bed, where practicality meets stability for an even better gardening experience.
A smaller 1m Veg Bed is also available.

Care & Maintenance
As an easy care product made from pressure-treated wood that protects against rot, there is no need to apply any treatment within the first 6 months of receipt.
Doing so will invalidate the warranty, as this will not allow enough time for excess moisture from the pressure treatment to dry out.
However, after this period, you may apply annual treatment to prolong the life and look of the product.
