5. Products, Descriptions and Availability
5.1 We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, and pricing information displayed on our website are accurate.
5.2 Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to factors including photography, screen settings, and natural variations in materials, the appearance of products may vary slightly from images shown online.
5.3 Many of our products are manufactured using natural timber. Variations in colour, grain, knots, texture, and minor movement are natural characteristics of timber and are not considered defects.
5.4 Dimensions provided on our website are approximate. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
5.5 All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide appropriate options.

7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery dates and times provided by us are estimates only. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to deliver products within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

7.3 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
7.4 You must ensure that suitable access is available for delivery vehicles and that the delivery location is safe and accessible. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, additional delivery charges may apply.

8.4 Products should be installed on suitable surfaces and used in appropriate conditions. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable installation locations, poor ground conditions, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product care instructions.
8.5 Timber products naturally change over time due to weather exposure. Movement, cracking, colour changes, and other natural characteristics of timber are not considered defects where they do not affect the structural integrity of the product.
