1. What occasions are personalised benches suitable for?
Our personalised products are not only intended for bereavement or memorial occasions. They can be used to remember a loved one or treasured pet, celebrate a retirement, birthday or anniversary, recognise an achievement or create a lasting reminder of a person, place or moment that matters to you.
2. How do I personalise my plaque?
Select your preferred product and plaque option, then enter the wording you would like engraved. You will be shown a preview of your text and the intended position of the plaque before placing your order.
3. Can I see what my plaque will look like before ordering?
Yes. You will be able to preview your plaque wording and its intended position on the product before completing your order. Please check the preview carefully, including all names, dates, spelling, and punctuation.
4. Can I change my plaque wording after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake after submitting your order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
It is therefore important to check your plaque preview thoroughly before completing your purchase.
5. Will the plaque be fitted to the product?
Yes. We will carefully fit the engraved plaque to your selected product before dispatch.
Please note that fitting the plaque does not necessarily mean the complete product will arrive fully assembled. Any assembly requirements will be shown on the individual product page.
6. Can I have a plaque fitted to another Zest product?
Possibly. If the Zest product you would like is not currently included within the personalised collection, email sales@zestoutdoorliving.co.uk with the product details. Our team will review your request and confirm whether fitting a plaque to that product is possible.
7. Are personalised products returnable?
No. Personalised memorial products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged, as the engraved plaque is made to order and the base product is modified to fit it. Please check all wording carefully before placing your order.
8. What is the plaque made from, and how should I care for it?
Our plaques are made from brass. To keep the plaque clean, wipe it gently with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then dry it thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads and harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface.
