Published: 6th Jan 2022
Outdoor wood furniture, decorative garden structures and timber ‘GYO’ specialist, Zest 4 Leisure was twice a finalist in the Outdoor Leisure category at the GIMA Awards with its Burghley and Chepstow Arbours. The awards ceremony took place on 11th November at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, South Wales.
Launched at Glee in 2020 and already a multi-award winner, the Burghley (see below) has an extra deep canopy that is not only stylish but which provides additional shelter to extend the time spent in the garden. Part of the Zest 4 Leisure Easy Build range, it is also especially quick and simple to build.
Among numbers of other recent products, it is part of an expanding range focused on convenience for the consumer. Designed using DFMA (Designed for Manufacture and Assembly) principles, it is all about using fewer components that are more easily put together.
The Chepstow Arbour (below) is all about sunshine and natural light. It has an airy, high arched canopy made from quality diamond trellis allowing a 360-degree panoramic view of the garden, all from a comfortable, stylish seat. With the diamond trellis casting beautifully patterned shadows, it is also a stunning garden feature and a real statement piece.
