Returns and Refunds
Our returns policy only applies to direct orders from consumers through this website
Please note: If you purchased your item through a Zest stockist or online retailer, please get in touch with them directly regarding your order.
Where goods are returned to us within 30 days of delivery, are unused and in a re-saleable condition, and where we have evidence that the goods were purchased from us (ideally via a receipt) we will then refund you.
Refunds are usually issued within 7 working days from receipt into our warehouse which is the time it takes for the goods to be processed & checked.
If you cancel within 12 hours of order confirmation you will receive a full refund. However, any cancellations received after 12 hours may already have been shipped, you will receive a refund minus any shipping costs we have incurred.
All returns need to be organised with ourselves, please contact our customer service team who will organise for our couriers to collect the item from you. You will need to package the item and ensure you are at home on the agreed collection date.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund the direct costs to us of the failed collection.
Damaged – 7 days
You must notify us of damages within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you free of charge. Please note, photographs will be required of any damages.
Faulty or missing parts - 30 days
You must notify us of any concerns, faults or missing parts within 30 days.
In the event that faults or missing parts are discovered, we will arrange and pay for the delivery of replacement parts or items. We are unable to pay for transport charges for non-faulty returns.
Please note, photographs will be required for any quality issues or faults.
