How it works:

Every customer gets a unique referral link to share by email or social media.
When your friend clicks your link, they’ll receive £25 off their first order (minimum spend £20).
Once your friend completes their first successful purchase, you’ll earn 150 reward points.

 

Good to know:

Referral rewards are only given after your friend’s first order is successfully completed.
If an order is cancelled, abandoned, or declined, the referral may not go through automatically.
You can share your referral link even if you checked out as a guest, but you’ll need to create an account to redeem your rewards.

Zest Loyalty Club – Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1. The Zest Loyalty Club (“the Loyalty Club”) is operated by Zest Outdoor Living (“Zest”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. By joining the Loyalty Club, members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as Zest’s general website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1.3. Zest reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Loyalty Club and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Eligibility & Membership

2.1. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over with a valid email address.
2.2. The Loyalty Club is available to retail customers only and does not apply to trade, wholesale, or commercial accounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.3. Each customer may hold only one Loyalty Club account. Accounts are non-transferable.

 

3. Joining the Loyalty Club

3.1. Customers can join the Loyalty Club by signing up via the designated sign-up prompt on the Zest website.
3.2. Points will only be earned once membership registration is completed and logged into the relevant customer account.

 

4. Earning Loyalty Points

4.1. Members will earn 10 loyalty points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases made on the Zest website.
4.2. Points are awarded on the final transaction value, excluding delivery charges, taxes, refunds, or cancellations.
4.3. Points may also be earned through promotional activities, including but not limited to:

 - Social media engagement (e.g. following or sharing on Facebook, Instagram, or X)
 - Newsletter sign-up
 - Other promotional activities as communicated by Zest from time to time
4.4. The number of points awarded for promotional activities may vary and is subject to change at Zest’s discretion.

 

5. Redeeming Loyalty Points

5.1. 100 loyalty points are equal to £10 off a future order.
5.2. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any non-Zest products or services.
5.3. Points must be redeemed at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

 

6. Exclusions & Limitations

6.1. Loyalty points are not earned on:

Refunds or cancelled orders
6.2. If an order is returned or refunded, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the member’s account.
6.3. Zest reserves the right to remove points from accounts where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

 

7. Points Expiry

7.1. Loyalty points have no cash value and may expire if an account remains inactive for a period determined by Zest (to be communicated if applicable).
7.2. Zest reserves the right to introduce or amend point expiry rules in the future.

 

8. Account Management

8.1. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
8.2. Zest is not responsible for points lost due to incorrect email addresses, technical issues, or unauthorised account access.

 

9. Termination

9.1. Zest reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Loyalty Club account at any time if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
9.2. Upon termination, any unused loyalty points will be forfeited.
