We offer a special range of highly specilised Paints & Wood Preservatives from wood care specialists, Protek, who have been manufacturing quality wood stains, decorative wood coatings, and preservatives for over 30 years.

Their wood stains can be used on a variety of finished states, such as rough sawn or planed surfaces, and will leave a asdasdssa-looking, high-build finish.

This year we are raising money for MS Society and North Clwyd Animal Rescue

2025 marks a major milestone for P&A, Zest's holding company – our 40th anniversary. As part of our ongoing mission to positively impact the communities where we live and work, we are proud to continue our Charity of the Year initiative. This year, we have chosen the MS Society and North Clwyd Animal Rescue.

Since launching this initiative in 2010, with the incredible support of our employees, customers, suppliers, and local communities, we have raised over £176,000 for both local and national charities. This year, we’re aiming even higher. To commemorate our special anniversary, we’ve set an ambitious target: £24,000, bringing our total to an amazing £200,000.

To help us reach this milestone, we’ve planned an exciting calendar of events. From adrenaline-pumping challenges like bungee jumping to more introspective activities such as month-long personal challenges.

Our membership in these recognised global authorities demonstrates our unwavering commitment to the environment and using sustainable timber from responsible sources.

Our products are certified either to FSC® or PEFC standards, and our commitment to sustainability is a fundamental part of our brand ethos. Every product is clearly labelled with either a FSC® or PEFC certification.

Even our recycled woodchip made from timber waste is used as biomass fuel in the UK to provide an eco-friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels, reducing carbon emissions.
