Making a difference in the community
Here at Zest, we are celebrating over ten years of fundraising success, having raised over £150,000 for a variety of charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices, Cancer Research UK, Action for Children, Alzheimer’s Society, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Meningitis Now, British Heart Foundation, and Dementia UK.
As Managing Director, Steve Morgan says:
“Kindness costs nothing, and I’ve always stressed the importance of supporting charities
"As a company, we have raised thousands for many charities, and I’m proud of how employees choose to raise money, from skydiving to marathons.
"It’s a real team effort, from the directors to employees in every department across our sites. We are also frequently supported by suppliers and customers. Everyone gets involved.”
In 2024, we aimed to raise £10,000 for North East Wales Mind. Through the generosity and dedication of our staff, suppliers, and partners, we far exceeded that target! You can still donate through our JustGiving page.

Making a difference in the community
Zest has raised over £150,000 pounds for various charitable causes
The running total for monies raised by the team at Zest is over £150,000. Inspired by Managing Director Steve Morgan’s passion for “being part of a company we can all be proud of. I want to do things for the right reasons and putting something back is absolutely the right thing to do.”

Our chosen charity in 2024 was North East Wales Mind
In 2024 we aimed to raise £10,000 for North East Wales Mind through multiple fundraising activities.
In 2024, our employees voted for North East Wales Mind as our charity of the year. North East Wales Mind helps people in Flintshire and Wrexham recover from mental health problems and stay emotionally healthy. Research shows that every year, one in four people experience stress, anxiety, depression, or another type of mental distress.
That means over 59,000 people in Flintshire and Wrexham are likely to be affected this year alone.
This year we ran, abseiled, walked, cycled, and baked to raise £10,000 for North East Wales Mind.
