1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Zest Outdoor Living  (“Zest”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to trade buyers and visitors attending the Solex garden industry trade show who enter in person at the Zest exhibition stand.
2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
2.3 The competition is only open to individuals with a valid UK mainland address for delivery, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and all other offshore islands.
2.4 Employees of Zest, its parent company, subsidiaries, group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements
3.1 Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
3.2 Entries must be made in person at the Zest stand during the official opening hours of the Solex trade show.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
3.4 Entries submitted outside the trade show dates or not completed in full will not be valid.

4. Competition Period
The competition will run for the duration of the Solex trade show only. Entries received before or after this period will not be accepted.

5. Prize
5.1 The prize is as described on the Zest stand at the event.
5.2 There is no cash alternative, refund, or exchange available for the prize.
5.3 Zest reserves the right to substitute or change the prize with an alternative of equal or similar value.

6. Winner Selection
6.1 One winner only will be selected.
6.2 The winner will be chosen by a random draw or judging panel (as applicable), conducted after the close of the competition period.
6.3 The decision of Zest (or the appointed judges) is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry within a reasonable timeframe after the event.
7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is deemed ineligible or other reasons, Zest reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery
8.1 The prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK mainland address (excluding restricted regions stated above).
8.2 Delivery arrangements will be made directly with the winner.
8.3 Zest accepts no responsibility for delays or issues once the prize has been dispatched, beyond its reasonable control.

9. General
9.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Zest reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
9.3 Zest reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9.4 The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
